The future of work runs on AI playbooks
We’re hitting the point where “learning to use AI” isn’t your edge anymore.
The edge is designing how AI gets used – shaping the workflows and systems AI runs on repeat to scale your and your team’s impact.
In other words:
The new skill isn’t just being able to do great work.
It’s about designing how great work gets done.
In this newsletter, we’re going to tell you how you can start doing that for your own work (and we created a free resource to help you do it!)
The power is in the playbook.
The majority of AI usage today is centered around using AI to do a task.
Think, logging into ChatGPT and asking it to:
Write an email…
Summarize this meeting…
Review this contract…
This isn’t a bad thing, if you’re new to AI, you should be doing those things.
But the potential to transform work is far greater than that – it’s about getting AI to do entire processes. (We call this “operationalizing AI”.)
The key to operationalizing AI is writing playbooks.
Playbooks are detailed AI-ready instructions you can configure across tools so AI does your work. (Custom GPTs, Claude Code, AgentKit, Zapier, etc.)
And they are your greatest asset.
New AI tools are always coming out.
It’s getting easier and easier to configure AI every day.
But your playbooks remain the answer to getting AI to do what you want, how you want it.
Starting writing your playbook (+ here’s a free tool!)
We just gave our quick start AI playbook template an upgrade (and created a quick video with tips on how to fill it out).
You can gain access to it by clicking here and creating a free account in our resource hub.
