Our ~12-month hibernation 🐻

From day one, AI Exchange has been grounded with one question: how does AI actually change how a business runs? 

That question led us to what we now call AI Operations — the work of integrating AI into a team’s real processes and systems. We started off back in 2023 teaching people how to prompt using our MASTER Method, and then teaching how to turn workflows into AI-first playbooks with our Playbooking Approach. 

But we realized something: those strategies weren’t enough to help teams go beyond AI experiments and into the land of full-blown AI adoption. 

So, we decided to spend the last year deep in R&D mode – testing, learning, failing, and winning – all in service of building a repeatable and reliable way to help teams do just that.

Now it’s time to bring all we’ve learned back to where it all started. 💜

Bringing back the AI Exchange newsletter is just the start. 

We’ve been quietly building something bigger — a reimagined space for AI Operations professionals to learn and connect over how to embed AI into every corner of their team’s operations. (We’ll be sharing more on this soon so keep your eyes on your inbox — but you can take a peek here!)
