So we did a thing. We’re changing our name. And can’t wait to introduce that to you!
The AI Exchange is now part of something bigger. Meet the AI Momentum Protocols, or AMP. This community continues as the AI Exchange community, just part of a bigger roof.
We have a flashy new website.
New partners. (read on below!)
But we’re still the same team with the same mission - pushing hard to help us all nail this AI operations transformation.
Here's what happened.
For the last few years we've been inside companies helping teams figure out AI operations. And the pattern kept repeating: the teams where AI is working didn't pick better tools. They built a shared way of operating. A methodology. Something everyone could run on.
The ones where it stalled, or flat out flopped? No shared operating model. Just people experimenting in isolation and hoping it adds up to something.
Defining a way to operate is hard. And takes a long time.
So we started codifying what's working into our methodology (what we internally started calling protocols). Repeatable, evidence-backed ways of working that don't expire when the next tool launches.
We trained our clients on them. We trained you guys on them through The AI Exchange and our Bootcamps (shoutout to the amazing graduates - we have LOVED seeing everyone crush!).
When we met Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins and shared our vision for AI operators. They instantly got it. And we’re excited to announce that we brought them on as partners to help us scale it.
You never know what rooms you are going to be in that create opportunities to further a future you believe in, even beyond your wildest dreams!
Point is: we're not alone; you probably also see what we see.
