OpenAI dropped a bombshell last week that’s got AI nerds talking again.

They leaked an internal roadmap showing how the team is “thinking” about AI.

Let's break it down and see what it means for you and your business.

The 5 Stages: From Chatbots to AI Overlords

1. Chatbots: You know 'em, you love 'em (or tolerate them). These are the AI assistants we're all familiar with.

2. Reasoning: AI that can think and make decisions like a human. Scary? Maybe. Exciting? Definitely.

3. Agents: AI that can act on its own to complete tasks. Like a digital personal assistant on steroids.

4. Inventors: AI that can create new ideas and solutions…. OK, getting interesting.
